When it comes to strength and conditioning for martial arts there are many ways people like to do this, personally I’m not a big fan of lifting weights and prefer to opt for body weight exercise to build strength.
One of my favorites is the push-up.A Simple, yet undeniably effective way to build upper body strength.

Add these push-ups to your routines only once you have mastered the basic push-up.
